Wide U-shaped middle sight for shotshell and slug use. Small U-shaped sight for rifle use.

For technical and aesthetic reasons, the side rib is best fitted after scope mounting and sighting-in and we strongly recommend that this process is carried out at the factory.
Krieghoff Einstecklauf "KS"
The KS insert barrel adjusts at the muzzle end eliminating the need to remove from the carrier barrel. The Optima 12 duraluminium drillings are made specifically for the use of insert barrels, even for larger calibers such as 5,6x50R und 5,6x52R. The Optima drilling 12/76 (3") in steel receiver accepts all insert barrel calibers up to 9,3x74R. Purchasing an Insert Barrel "KS" always includes fitting, proof testing and sighting-in.
